اعداد کروموزومی و ویژگی‌های کاریوتیپی گونه‌های انتخابی از سرده پیاز (تیره نرگسیان) بخشه والک‌ها از ایران

چکیده

اعداد کروموزومی و کاریوتایپ 10 گونه از سرده پیاز بخشه والک­ها جمع­آوری شده از ایستگاه­های مختلفی در ایران ارائه می­گردد. عدد کروموزومی هفت گونه برای اولین بار گزارش می­شود. ویژگی کروموزومی با استفاده از عکس­های تهیه شده تعیین و با معیارهای معمول آماری تکمیل شد. نتایج نشان می­دهد که اعضای بخشه کاریوتایپ همگنی دارند که با عدد پایه کروموزومی x=8 مشخص می­شود. کاریوتایپ­ها متقارن بوده و اغلب شامل کروموزوم­های متاسانتریک و ساب­متاسانتریک هستند.
