Upon the receipt of the manuscript, all authors will be contacted by email at the submission to ensure that they are aware of and approve the submission of the manuscript, its content, and its authorship. The manuscript will be evaluated by the editor in chief and informed to the author within one week, which it can go to the review process or be rejected because it is not in priority for publication, or has not followed the instructions for authors.

The editorial board will define the reviewers. Each paper is reviewed by at least two reviewers, and if needed by a third reviewer. The review process is double-blind.

Reviewing and acceptance of the manuscript will be between 1-6 months. The review process may take longer if the corresponding author does not submit the necessary corrections and editions in due time.
