Potentilla shiraziana is described as a new species from S. Iran. P. poteriifolia is compared with the new species as its closest relative. Potentilla agrimonioides, P. alexeenkoi, P. crantzii, P. discipulorum and P. rupestris are reported as new plant records to Iran. گونه جدید Geum iranicum بر مبنای نمونه‌ای از شمال شرق ایران نامگذاری و شرح داده می‌شود، اختلاف این دو گونه با گونه مشابه آن یعنی G. kokanicum در یک جدول نشان داده شده است. همچنین، گونه Potentilla shiraziana به عنوان گونه جدید از استان فارس نامگذاری و شرح داده می‌شود. گونه P. poteriifolia نزدیک‌ترین گونه به گونه جدید شناخته شده و اختلافات آنها توضیح داده می‌شود. گونه‌های زیر برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش داده می‌شوند. Potentilla agrimonoides, P. alexeenkoi, P. crantzii, P. discipulorum, P. rupestris.

They are all belong to the section Caprini and compare with their close affinities. واحدهای رده‌بندی زیر شامل 8 گونه و 1 زیرگونه به عنوان واحدهای جدیدی نامگذاری و شرح داده می‌شوند. Astragalus aharicus, A. assadii, A. controversus, A. golestanicus, A. kashmarensis, A. pinetorum Boiss. subsp. alamutensis, A. pseudojohannis, A. pseudovinus, A. reticulato-venosus. تمام گونه‌های فوق متعلق به بخش Caprini هستند و با گونه‌های نزدیک و مشابه خود مقایسه می‌گردند.

Journal Article 2015 12 13 Eremostachys lanata, collected from N. Iran and Mentha mozaffarianii, collected from S. Iran are described as new species. E. glabra Boiss. is mentioned to be the closest species to the former and M.royleana Benth. to the latter. Differences of the new species with close species are discussed. گونه‌های Mentha mozaffarianii, Eremostachys lanata که به ترتیب از شمال و جنوب ایران جمع‌آوری شده‌اند، به عنوان گونه جدید نامگذاری و شرح داده می‌شوند. گونه E. glabra Boiss. به عنوان نزدیک‌ترین گونه به گونه اولی و گونه M. royleana Benth. به عنوان نزدیک‌ترین گونه به گونه دومی شناخته می‌شوند و اختلافهای آنها با گونه‌های جدید مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد.

Figures of the karyotype of some taxa are given. شمارش کروموزومی 34 واحد رده‌بندی از جنس گون (Astragalus) گزارش داده می‌شود. در یک جدول تعداد کروموزوم‌های گونه‌های مطالعه شده و همچنین مراجع مربوط به مطالعات انجام شده در گذشته نشان داده می‌شود. شکل ظاهری کاریوتیپ بطور مختصر مورد بحث واقع شده و تصاویر کاریوتیپ تعدادی از گونه‌ها ارائه می‌گردد.

IRAN (PART I) گیاهان منطقه حفاظت شده ارسباران، شمال غربی ایران (قسمت اول) 129 175 103322 EN Mostafa Assadi Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands, P. O. Box 13185-116, Tehran, Iran. Journal Article 2015 12 13 Arasbaran Protected Area has been studied floristically. A brief information on vegetation and plant geographical concepts of the area are presented, The plants of the area which is based on collecting ca. 2500 specimens are listed, but this part covers Pteridophta and part of Spermatophyta including Gymnospermae and the Dicotyledones to Labiatae in alphabetical order. Altogether 781 species are recognized from the area. 53 species are new records to Iran or recently have been recorded from Iran, based on this collection. For every species exact collecting places, altitudes, collectors and herbarium numbers are cited. Taxonomic discussions are added where necessary. Nepeta strictifolia is excluded from the synonym of N. betonicifolia, but designated as a synonym of N. speciosa. Ranunculus sabalanicus is treated as a synonym of R. grandiflorus. گیاهان منطقه حفاظت شده ارسباران مورد مطالعه فلورستیک قرار گرفته است. اطلاعاتی در خصوص پوشش گیاهی و مسایل جغرافیایی گیاهی منطقه ارائه می‌گردد. لیست گونه‌های گیاهی منطقه بر اساس جمع‌آوری حدود 2500 نمونه تهیه شده ولی این قسمت شامل نهانزادان آوندی، بازدانگان و گیاهان دولپه تا خانواده Labiatae است که به ترتیب حروف الفبا نوشته شده‌اند. مجموعاً تعداد 781 گونه از منطقه شناخته می‌شود که از این تعداد 53 گونه آن برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش داده می‌شود و یا بر اساس این جمع‌آوری اخیراً از ایران گزارش شده است. برای هر گونه محل‌های دقیق جمع‌آوری ، ارتفاع محل، نام جمع‌آوری‌کنندگان و شماره هرباریوم نوشته می‌شود. مشکلات و مسایل رده‌بندی در موارد ضروری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. گونه Nepeta strictifolia که قبلاً سینونیم گونه N. betonicifolia قرار داده شده بود، در این نوشته سینونیم گونه N. speciosa گذاشته می‌شود. گونه Ranunculus sabalanicus سینونیم گونه R. grandiflorusگذاشته می‌شود.

Journal Article 2015 12 14 The chromosome numbers of four taxa of the Cuscuta L. from Isfahan area (Iran) are presented. The morphologic and cytologic differences between the two closely related species (C. campestris Yunck. and C. chinensis Lam.) are discussed, and the chromosome numbers of C. chinensis (2n=28), and the tetraploid race of C. planiflora Ten. var. sicula (Ten. ex Engelm.) Trab. (2n=28) is being reported for the first time. The differences between the variety C. planiflora Ten. var. sicula (Ten. ex Engelm.) Trab. with the typical variety are discussed. The other counts, of C. campestris (2n=56), and C. monogyna (2n=28) agree with earlier findings. Also, the basic chromosome number of the genus Cuscuta L. is briefly discussed. اعداد کروموزومی چهار واحد از جنس Cuscuta L. از منطقه اصفهان (ایران) جمع‌آوری گردیده است. اختلافات مورفولوژیکی و سیتولوژیکی دو گونه مجاور C. campestris Yunck و ‍C. chinensis Lam. بحث شده و اعداد کروموزومی C. chinensis (2n=28) و نژاد تتراپلوئیدی C. planiflora Ten. var. sicula (Ten. ex Engelm.) Trab. برای اولین بار گزارش گردیده است. اختلاف این واریته با واریته اصلی گونه بحث شده است. شمارش کروموزومی در C. monogyna (2n=28) , C. campestris (2n= 56) با نتایج مولفین دیگر تطبیق می‌نماید. هم چنین عدد کروموزومی پایه در جنس Cuscuta L. بطور اجمال مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

Chromosome number for four species and basic number for one genus are reported for the first time. Laggard chromosomes and chromatid bridge have been noted for one species. مشاهدات کروموزومی 20 گونه متعلق به 11 خانواده گزارش می‌شود که دو گونه از آنها انحصاری ایران است. شمارش کروموزومی 4 گونه و عدد پایه یک جنس برای اولین بار ارائه می‌گردد. عقب ماندگی کروموزومی و پل کروماتیدی برای یک گونه یادداشت شده است.
