TWO NEW RECORDS FOR IRAN: BERGIA AQUATICA AND AMMANNIA VERTICILLATA

Abstract

Bergia aquatica Roxb. (Elatinaceae) and Ammannia verticillata (Ard.) Lam. (Lythraceae) are recorded as new plant species for the flora of Iran. These plants have been collected from West of Khorramabad in Luristan Province. Geographical distribution of the species are discussed. Bergia aquatica is compared with Bergia ammannioides Heyen. ex Roth. and Ammannia verticillata (Ard.) Lam. is compared with other species of Ammannia L. in Iran.

دو گونه Bergiaaquatica و Ammannia verticillata برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می‌شوند. گونه Bergia aquaticaبا گونه B. ammannioidesو گونه A. verticillataبا دیگر گونه‌های این جنس در ایران وجود دارند از لحاظ مرفولوژی مقایسه شده، انتشار گونه‌ها بحث می‌شود.
